Subscription services are the ideal solution to maintain the value of the investment made in the software.
SUP - Support & Upgrade Protection
Service under subscription allowing to have a priority access to technical support services, and to be kept constantly updated as far as the latest version available of the SierraSoft products licensed and included in the contract (*).
The main features of Support & Upgrade protection are the following:
- Software Upgrade Protection: automatic and free updating including the latest versions available of SierraSoft products for which the customer has purchased this service.
- Duration of the service: The service operates for 12 months with no mandatory extension.

TRAINING AND CONSULTING

Training
